1. General Overview

    By placing an order with SMM Ping, you automatically accept all the below-listed Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms without prior notice. Users are expected to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.


2. Service Usage & Affiliation

  • SMM Ping is a social media marketing and management tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
  • You agree to use SMM Ping strictly in a manner that complies with all agreements made with social media platforms on their individual Terms of Service pages.

3. Delivery & Fulfillment

  • All rates provided on our platform are subject to change at any time without notice. Active orders will remain in effect under the original pricing.
  • We do not guarantee exact delivery times for any services. Any delivery timeframes displayed are estimates. SMM Ping will not process refunds for orders that are currently in progress based on perceived delays.
  • To ensure optimal fulfillment for our resellers, we reserve the right to substitute a service type or server route if deemed necessary to successfully complete an active order.

4. User Obligations

  • We strictly prohibit the use of our services by individuals or entities residing in countries heavily sanctioned by the UN, EU, or OFAC. By using SMM Ping, you confirm that you are not a resident of such territories.
  • You agree not to upload any content that includes nudity, violence, or any material that is illegal or violates the terms of the respective social media networks.
  • Accounts must be set to "Public" before placing an order. We cannot deliver services to private accounts, and such orders are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

1. General Refund Rules

  • No refunds will be made directly to your original payment method (Crypto wallet, Bank account, etc.) once a deposit has been completed. All deposits are final and non-refundable. Any remaining funds can only be used for purchasing services within the SMM Ping platform.
  • By completing a payment, you agree that you will not file a dispute, chargeback, or fraudulent claim against us via your payment provider or banking institution.

2. Order Processing & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed and its status changes to "Processing" or "In Progress," it cannot be canceled, stopped, or refunded unless there is a critical system failure on our end.
  • If an order is marked as "Partial" or "Canceled" by our system (e.g., due to a server error or incorrect link), the respective funds will be automatically refunded to your SMM Ping account balance.

3. Drops & Refills

  • We only provide refills for services that explicitly state a "Refill Guarantee" in their description, and only within the specified guarantee timeframe. Services without a "Refill" tag are provided as-is, and no refunds or refills will be issued for them under any circumstances.
  • Placing multiple orders for the exact same link simultaneously may result in overlapping counts. We cannot guarantee accurate delivery in such cases and will not issue refunds for these overlapping orders.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

    When you register and use SMM Ping, we may collect the following personal and non-personal data:

  • Contact information (Name, Email address).
  • Technical details (IP address, browser type, device information).
  • Order history and URLs provided for service fulfillment.

2. Use of Information

    The data we collect is used exclusively for:

  • Fulfilling your orders and managing your account.
  • Sending technical updates, service announcements, and payment receipts.
  • Preventing fraudulent activities and ensuring the security of our platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal contact information with third-party marketing agencies.

3. Payment Processing

    All financial transactions are handled through secure, encrypted, and licensed third-party payment gateways. SMM Ping does not store, process, or have access to your private payment details, credit card numbers, or crypto wallet private keys. Our payment partners may collect data necessary to comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.


4. Cookies

    We use standard cookies to maintain your login session, save your preferences, and track aggregate website usage to improve our user interface. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may limit your ability to use certain features of our panel.
